Bharat Chugh



Bharat Chugh is a mechanical engineer from REC, Kurukshetra with over 25 years experience in the industry. Bharat’s experience spans the world's leading companies in Tractors, Automobiles, Construction Equipment, Auto Components and Consulting, and he has successfully managed responsibilities in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Service, Parts, Operations Management, Training and Organization Building. His experience includes leading teams to successfully manage greenfield start-ups, turnaround sick units, launch new products, develop new distribution networks, business process development and change management. He also brings a unique insight of a senior management professional who has participated in managing the family business. He was involved in running & managing his family business of textiles, distribution and mining.

To share a glimpse of one among his varied experiences, Bharat was leading a team on developing organization-wide strategy at New Holland India (Ford Tractors) that enabled a global recognition in 1999 in the form of "Chairman's Award - Excellence in Customer Service". The award recognized his efforts in building a customer centric network & organization that was to serve as a benchmark for global operations. His achievements included setting up a green field national sales and distribution network for parts, tractors & other farm mechanization equipment, developing and managing a sales and marketing organization including design of processes and policies, participating with colleagues in the top management team to create a new business and organization system driven by validated processes and team engagement with an open and transparent culture.


Kapil Zutshi


Kapil is a graduate from Delhi University, with a PG education in management, and has experience of more than 25 years in India & the Gulf, with international organisations. Kapil started his international career in Oman in 1989 in sales and marketing, and subsequently rose to head operations, working as COO, wherein he was responsible for all the functions including HR, training, change management, evolving and implementing strategic business plans.

Kapil is a people’s person and has been responsible for providing foresight and strategic direction in planning, critical to achieve the financial and non-financial objectives for the successful running of a business unit. He has hands-on proven experience in successfully launching and developing a new division for Consumer Electronics (successfully launched a premium European brand of home appliances in the U.A.E).

He is highly experienced in key account management, brand management, manpower management, customer relationship management, team building & leadership management, and efficiently developing effective strategies to meet the corporate goals and objectives. He has strong business fundamentals with a dedication to excellence and a vision for the future.


Alka Trivedi


Alka Trivedi is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University and has more than 6 years of experience in search & recruitment. Alka is a trained recruitment expert, specializing in both selection and search processes with specialist skills in recruitments for Engineering, FMCG, Automotive, Oil and Printing sectors.

Her strength in managing client relationships and highly personalized customer service has been widely acknowledged by multi-national corporations that comprise her client portfolio. Pratima Chadha


Pratima had joined team Arka in 2006, very tentatively, as she was coming out of a domestic life and went on to blossom into a cool and a mature recruitment professional. Pratima has worked very silently and effectively, both in the background and in the forefront as a sincere, committed, honest & dedicated professional. Pratima is an integral part of the team Arka. She has been handling roles specializing in middle and senior level assignments across industries.
