He has worked in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Service, Parts, Operations Management, Recruitment, Training and Organization Building. He has headed functions like Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service and Training with companies like Escorts, FORD, BSG, New Holland and JCB. Bharat has been responsible for successfully building a new HR dept & organisation in a start-up. Bharat has headed & driven successful launch of new products like tractors, auto components, CE, development of new distribution network, green field projects, startups, turnaround management of sick units. He has also successfully led business process development, deployment, and change management across industries/sectors. Started his consulting practice with turn-around of a sick Indo-Japanese JV auto component company, and assignments on Logistics & Market Research with Amway & Nokia respectively, in the year 1994. He has been responsible for successfully building a new HR dept & organisation in start-ups in very large MNC & introducing HR processes in an Auto Component company outsourced basis.
